Cole Henderson is Chief Revenue Officer at THG, where he oversees all revenue-generating functions including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. His leadership is focused on driving sustainable growth and building high-performing, mission-aligned teams. Cole brings over 20 years of experience leading and scaling teams in complex environments, including a decade of service in the U.S. Army. He thrives in ambiguity, often stepping into undefined roles to build structure, drive outcomes, and enable others through systems and communication. Cole lives in southwest Colorado with his wife, two children, and two dogs, taking full advantage of the mountains and outdoors. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
